Construction Work Planner

We are looking for a construction work planner who is responsible for good planning and preparation of various construction projects. The responsibilities of the work planner include:

• Drawing up plans and preparing the work;
• Make and discuss working drawings with the team;
• Directing the process and monitoring delivery;
• Collecting various information, checking and recording it;
• Monitoring safety, quality and budget;
• Participate in project meetings;
• Maintaining contacts with executors, subcontractors and suppliers.

What we offer you:

• A salary and employment conditions in accordance with the Construction & Infrastructure Collective Labor Agreement;
• An annual contract or directly employed by our client; 
• A good salary between €3530 - €4500 per month based on full-time employment;

What we ask of you:

We are looking for a work planner with the following qualities:

• A completed MBO and/or HBO education in construction or similar;
• Several years of experience in a similar position;
• You take your responsibility; 
• You enjoy working in a team; 
• You have communication skills;
• Knowledge of AutoCad, Revit, Solibri, Microsoft Office programs and 4PS Construct;
