You are the go-to person when it comes to ensuring smooth use of the applications! You are ready to train and support users so that they can get the most out of these tools.

What are you going to do?

 You ensure that all communication runs smoothly and any problems are resolved quickly. You also act as the first point of contact for suppliers of CAD applications.

Drawing up and maintaining management documentation and work instructions is also part of your duties as IT Support. You ensure that everything is well documented, so that everyone within the organization knows how to work with the systems.

You are also responsible for managing licenses, maintaining system connections and carrying out test and release work. You keep a close eye on everything and intervene proactively when necessary.

You also ensure that all users have the correct access to the necessary files and information.

Finally, you monitor and control system performance and intervene if necessary to ensure that everything continues to function optimally. You also provide general IT support and user support, helping colleagues with any questions or problems.

What we ask of you:

• A completed HBO education that matches the position;
• Mastery of the Dutch language;
• Knowledge of Solidworks, Solidworks Enterprise PDM, AutoCAD, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
