In this role at a leading technical company in Twello , you are mainly active on the shop floor, where you ensure that the production process runs efficiently and employees can perform optimally. With a strong affinity for technology, you see it as a challenge to plan and organize everything down to the last detail.

As a production manager, you act as the first point of contact for your team. You filter questions and comments from the team to the office staff and project managers. You are also responsible for personnel planning and maintaining an overview. You lead a team of 25-30 employees in the production/workshop, where you work hands-on on challenging tasks every day. You strive for optimization of production processes and layouts, and work closely with colleagues to achieve the set goals.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of 25-30 employees in the production/workshop.
• Actief contribute to solving daily challenges.
• Optimizing production processes and layouts.

What we ask of you:

• You have extensive experience in a similar position
• You have a lot of technical knowledge 
• You are in possession of a driving license B
• You have experience with LEAN Production
