Production employee

Are you technically inclined and do you thrive in a team? Our client is looking for an operator who controls automated machines, is responsible for specific production or packaging lines, monitors smooth operation and quality, and all this in a two- or three-shift operation.

Your responsibilities as an operator:

• Control your machines via the computer.
• Ensure smooth operation and quality control.
• Solve your minor problems yourself.
• Collaborate with the Technical Service if necessary.

Flexibility required:

• Two shifts: 05:30-14:00 and 14:00-22:30 (surcharge: 13%)
• Three shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM and 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (surcharge: 18%)

About the client

Our client, an expert in animal nutrition with 185 years of experience, has grown into a European player. At their location in Woerden , 11 production/packaging lines are controlled automatically. One operator works per line.

What we offer you:

• A salary between € 2309 and € 2700 depending on age and experience.
• 13 ADV days for full-time employment.
• Full-time job in two or three shifts with allowances.
• Possibility to obtain VAPRO diploma.

• Experience as an operator preferred.
• Energetic, curious and team-oriented.
