Assistant Gas Station Manager

As an Assistant Manager you are responsible for the smooth running of the daily operational tasks at the gas station. You lead and motivate a team of employees and ensure that they perform their tasks effectively. You are the point of contact for both employees and customers and ensure excellent customer service. You also ensure that everyone can work safely.

Responsibilities:

• You can supervise the various tasks, including refueling vehicles and paying for products
• Handling customer complaints and problems in a professional manner
• Carrying out cash register work
• Report to the manager

About the client

Our customer is a family business that has more than 350 gas stations in Nederland and has been around for 60 years. At the start of your employment, you will go through an induction program of 10 working days, in which you will learn the basic principles of the trade. We also offer e-learning modules that you can follow. The company is open to growth opportunities and offers support in this regard. Obtaining a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.

What we ask of you:

• Proficiency in the Dutch language is required.
• Minimum MBO level 3 diploma.
• Experience as an assistant manager in the retail and/or food sector.
• In possession of a valid driver's license and own car.
• Flexible in working days and working hours.
