In this dynamic role you are the link between customers and the internal organization. You deal with various issues and ensure that customers can quickly resume optimal production.
What are you going to do?
You start your day by preparing and planning service visits, ensuring flawless logistics organization, from flights to hotel reservations.
You record requests in the ERP system (ISAH) and follow them up. During the day you are in direct contact with customers, handling service requests by telephone and email. Whether it concerns solving technical problems or providing information, you are ready to help customers in English.
You are also responsible for managing replacement parts. You arrange purchasing and ensure that they are at the right location on time, so that the customers' machines are operational again quickly.
Finally, you take care of various administrative tasks to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
