Recruiter

As a Corporate Recruiter you are responsible for attracting and selecting highly qualified candidates who perfectly match our corporate culture and the requirements of the positions within our organization. You will work closely with various departments to understand recruitment needs and develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. You are an ambassador of our brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

The responsibilities:

• Actief search for candidates through a variety of sources, including online job boards, social media, networking events and external partners.
• Screening CVs, conducting interviews and assessing candidates based on competencies and culture fit.
• Planning and conducting job interviews 
• Manage the recruitment dashboard and report analyzed data to management to provide insight into recruitment performance.
• Maintaining relationships with external partners such as employment agencies and recruitment agencies

Our client is a large family business with several store branches spread across Nederland and Belgium. They specialize in a diverse range of products, including garden machinery, furniture, tools, clothing and much more. What we ask of you:

• At least a completed bachelor's degree, preferably in HRM, Business Administration or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience as a Recruiter, preferably in an international environment.
• You have strong communication skills, discreet and creative.
• You are available full-time (40 hours).
• You take initiative and work independently.
