Self-employed painting property maintenance

Are you self-employed and are you still looking for a great job as a painter? In the area of Drachten we are looking for independently working painters for our client who can work for the long term. The work mainly concerns maintenance work for housing cooperatives, this concerns both interior and exterior work. In addition to painting, our client also has a demand for professionals who specialize in wood rot, glass installation and carpentry work. The great thing about our client is that there is work all year round, so there is a lot of interior work that needs to be done during the winter period. 

About the client

The great thing about working as a self-employed person via Actief ZZP is that we take care of a large part of your administration for you. We prepare invoices on your behalf and ensure that they are paid within a week. This way, as a self-employed person, you can fully focus on your work. While enjoying a cup of coffee at our office, we would be happy to tell you more about our working method.

What we offer you:

• We will pay your invoice within 7 working days;
• We take care of the invoicing and invoice on your behalf;
• We have a large network among great companies throughout Friesland and we are often the first to know where new assignments are;
• We help you with multiple clients, so that you, as a self-employed person, comply with the applicable guidelines in this respect;
• We screen clients for creditworthiness;
• We take care of some of your administration and, for example, ensure proper file formation for the DBA Act;
• We are (industry) specialists in mediation and we are fully aware of the applicable laws and regulations. For example, we can help you draw up general terms and conditions of delivery, approved model agreements or an RI&E evaluation.

What we ask of you:

We need some documents from you for our file, which meets the legal requirements. This could include a copy of your business liability insurance and an extract from the Chamber of Commerce. In addition to our file preparation, we are looking for experienced self-employed people for this job who prefer to have room in their agenda for at least 30 hours per week in the coming period.
