About the client

As a contract management & e-commerce employee, you provide support to the sales departments. You manage contracts, contract agreements and price lists and keep them up to date and monitor them. You work in a structured and proactive manner, make various analyzes and thus provide the business groups with the correct information in a timely manner. In addition, you also ensure that the catalog and webshop database are always up to date and you provide support to sales colleagues in processing digital order flows. 

What are you going to do?

  • manage contracts and price lists;
  • ensuring data management in ordering systems (ERP);
  • developing order and customer analyzes for the sales departments and management;
  • maintaining the PIM database for our catalog and webshop;
  • maintaining customer-specific products in the web catalog and the ERP system;
  • provide assistance in processing digital order flows;
  • managing data on various platforms and in portals;
  • contribute to new solutions. 


What we offer you:

  • Travel allowance of €0.21 per km.
  • A salary from €2,400 to €3,100 gross based on 40 hours

What we ask of you:

  • Has at least a completed MBO education, preferably in a commercial or administrative direction;
  • has a number of years of relevant work experience with data management in ERP systems;
  • mastered the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
  • a digital mindset and is used to working with data;
  • is handy with reporting tools such as Qliksense and Power BI and is very adept at working with MS Excel;
  • works in a planned, structured and accurate manner;
  • has the drive to continuously improve processes.
