HR intern

What are you going to do?
As an intern intermediary at Actief Werkt Employment Agency, you get the opportunity to take on various activities and gain valuable experience. Think about:

• Maintain social media: You will work on creating and sharing compelling content to expand our reach and strengthen our online presence.

• Conducting conversations with candidates: You are involved in recruiting and selecting candidates. You conduct intake interviews to understand their skills and ambitions.

• Creating contracts under supervision: You will learn the intricacies of drawing up employment contracts and ensure that everything is legally correct.

• Absenteeism guidance: Under guidance you will work on managing absenteeism processes and supporting employees in their return to work.

• You master the Dutch language, spoken and written.
