As a telephone operator you are the first point of contact for customers. You play a crucial role in meeting customer needs and contributing to a positive customer experience. With branches throughout Nederland , we offer a dynamic working environment where no day is the same. 

Your most important activities:

• Friendly handling of incoming calls;
• Professionally refer incoming calls to the correct department;
• Answering customer questions;
• Switching between various communication systems.

About the client

• A working week from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
• Salary between €2000 and €2500 gross per month;
• 25 vacation days based on full-time employment;
