Working foreman window cleaner

About the client

The client offers companies a total solution for facade maintenance. From window cleaning, facade cleaning and facade inspection to technical facade maintenance. All under one roof.

You will work in Zwolle at various business premises to ensure clean and shining windows. You will of course do this together with your team for 38 hours a week. From Monday to Friday you work from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and on Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM so that you have a nice weekend on time! As a window cleaner, it is important that you do not suffer from fear of heights and can perform physical work.

What are you going to do?

• You ensure that everyone can get started straight away at the start of their working day. Whether it concerns arranging an aerial work platform or ladders, you ensure that everything that is needed that day is available.
• Your work schedule is tight. This way, everyone returns home on time and clients experience as little inconvenience as possible due to the work.
• You work as an experienced window cleaner and ensure that new colleagues quickly master the trade.
• You can put situations into and use humor when necessary. That keeps the working atmosphere pleasant!
• You are always customer-friendly and make clear agreements. You solve problems immediately.
• Your team knows what to expect from you. You are clear and always there for them when needed.

What we offer you:

• Working outdoors and during the day shift
• 38 hour working week so the weekend can start on time
• Salary between €14.58 and €16.64 depending on your experience
• Possibility to obtain your VCA certificate through us
• A permanent contact person at active works who you can contact with questions
• If functioning well, possibility to enter into a contract with the client.

What we ask of you:

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a window cleaner
• You have a VCA-VOL and VCA certificate or are willing to obtain them through us in the short term
• You can motivate your colleagues so that you get the best out of your team.
• You are someone who is customer-friendly and can consult with the customer.
• You speak and write Dutch well
