In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers worldwide, where you will be responsible for handling all requests for spare parts. You will work together with colleagues from purchasing, logistics and technical specialists to ensure that the right parts are delivered on time and production continues to run optimally at our customers.

What are you going to do:

  • Supervising various requests for spare parts, from request to order processing.
  • Communicating with international customers to define and process requests, often in English.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotes and monitor order progress.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

What we ask of you:

  • MBO/HBO level of thinking and working required.
  • Preference for some experience in a commercial environment, preferably with an interest in technology.
  • Ability to work accurately, quickly set priorities and act goal-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, preferably with knowledge of an additional language.
  • A customer-oriented attitude and an eye for quality in service.
