Machine operator

Do you have experience as a production employee or machine operator and do you want more? Then we are looking for you! 

In the role of machine operator at Biscuit International (formerly Continental Bakeries), you are the most important person in the smooth running of the production process. With your knowledge of machines and your smooth hand-eye coordination, you ensure the correct operation of the packaging machines in our cookie factory. Quality comes first and you guarantee this with every cookie you pack.

What are your duties as a machine operator?

• You prepare the packaging process; 
• You package our delicious cookies;
• You set up or adjust machines; 
• You carry out quality checks; 
• You intervene in the event of malfunctions and report them to the operator; 
• You provide support with maintenance and conversion work on the machines.

At Biscuit International you work together with committed colleagues and supervise the production process. With us you earn a nice salary of  €15.46 gross per hour. This does not include the extra surcharge of 38% when you work in the evening or night. Would you like to develop further and, for example, grow into a position as an operator? Then this is a nice stepping stone. With us it is possible to follow the MBO training to become operator A or B. This can even be done at our expense!

Biscuit international (formerly Continental Bakeries) is a European bakery group specialized in the production of biscuits, bread substitutes and toast. We focus on private label products and a number of wonderful own brands, such as Haust, Gille, Grabower, Bussink and Brinky.

• A starting salary of  €15.46 gross per hour.

What we ask of you:

• You are available in a 3 shift schedule (07:00 - 15:00, 15:00 - 23:00, 23:00 - 07:00, departments may deviate from these times);
• Experience as a production employee;
• You speak Dutch or English.
