Manager Safety

As EH&S Manager you work for the Döhler factory in Oosterhout and you are responsible for developing and managing the policies, procedures and instructions with regard to Environment, Health & Safety. This allows you to continuously raise safety and quality to a higher level. You advise, solicited and unsolicited, about occupational safety within the entire plant and monitor safety perception, safety behavior and safety culture.

You keep the RI&E up to date, support and advise in making safety and health plans, and ensure their implementation. You also manage and maintain the permit system. You plan and carry out workplace risk analyzes (WRA), train your employees from various departments in safety matters and make improvement plans in this area.

• You are an all-round advisor, full of initiative, creative, convincing and very strong communicator
• You have organizational sensitivity, spend a lot of time on the work floor and are an improvement coach, able to lead change
• You are aware of changes and developments in relevant Dutch and European legislation and regulations and standards
• You are stress-resistant and feel at ease in a dynamic environment

What we ask of you:

• You have an HBO working and thinking level
• You have a HVK diploma or comparable safety training
• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, German is an advantage
