What are you going to do?

• Packing bags (mainly containing fruit juices) into boxes;
• Reporting disruptions on the line;
• Act accurately regarding the correct labels;
• Be keen on quality when, for example, there is a bag leak.

What we offer you:

• Salary from € 13.27 per hour, which can increase depending on your experience;
• Your travel costs will be reimbursed, for which you will receive €0.23/km;
• On top of your salary you will receive a 12% shift allowance in the morning and afternoon;
• At night you receive a 34.5% shift allowance on top of your salary;
• You receive 8.33% holiday pay to spend during your 25 holiday days per year (based on 40 hours), as long as you promise to come back;
• There are many options to obtain your forklift certificate, BHV or other certificates at a cost of Actief Werkt! ;
• Would you rather obtain your operator A or B diploma? Even that is possible;
• We pay you weekly or every 4 weeks, the choice is yours;
• At Döhler there are sincere colleagues who are willing to help you with all your questions;
• Decided you want to go for it? You will then receive an app in which you can find all your data. This includes pay slips, annual statements and contracts.

What we ask of you:

• You master the Dutch or English language, so you can communicate with your colleagues;
• When you start, you will receive a fixed schedule within the team. This way you know exactly where you stand;
• You have no trouble getting out of bed at different times. We work in 3 shifts from Monday to Friday:
  6:00 AM - 2:00 PM // 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM // 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
