• You learn to use the machines correctly;
• Unpacking the received goods is your responsibility;
• You will fill products according to the correct standards;
• The barrels do not stack themselves, which is why this falls under your duties;
• Keeping your workplace clean, just as shiny as your future at Döhler!

What we offer you:

• Salary from € 13.27 per hour, which can increase depending on your experience;
• Your travel costs will be reimbursed, for which you will receive €0.23/km;
• On top of your salary you will receive a 12% shift allowance;
• You receive 8.33% holiday pay to spend during your 25 holiday days per year (based on 40 hours), as long as you promise to come back;
• There are many options to obtain your forklift certificate, BHV or other certificates at the cost of Actief Werkt! ;
• Would you rather obtain your operator A or B diploma? Even that is possible;
• We pay you weekly or every 4 weeks, the choice is yours;
• At Döhler there are sincere colleagues who are willing to help you with all your questions;
• Decided you want to go for it? You will then receive an app in which you can find all your data. This includes pay slips, annual statements and contracts.

What we ask of you:

• You master the Dutch or English language, so you can communicate with your colleagues;
• If you are available full-time, you will receive a fixed schedule within the team. This way you know exactly where you stand;
• Would you really like to work at Döhler, but are you not available full-time? You are also very welcome and you will be rotated between different departments.
• You have no trouble getting out of bed at different times. We work in shifts, so you can even start your weekend earlier on Friday. How delicious is that! 
  - Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM // 2:30 PM to 11:15 PM
  - Friday from 6:00 AM to 1:45 PM // 1:30 PM to 9:15 PM
