Order Management Specialist

At Döhler in Oosterhout we are looking for an Order Management Specialist for 39 hours per week.

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for planning approximately 300 batches per week. You make trade-offs between the current raw material availability, production capacity and customer wishes. You work together with various departments, such as Production Planning, Quality & Customer Service, with the aim of offering the customer maximum service. You are also responsible for managing our Finished Goods inventories and focus on maintaining planning parameters. You are also able to look a little further and implement structural improvements in our process. You are very clear in your communication, always think in terms of possibilities and know how to convince your colleagues. As an Order Management Specialist you have a productive attitude and are results-oriented.

What we ask of you:

• You are trained in Logistics or Supply Chain at HBO level
• You have at least 3 years of work experience in a complex production environment
• You have knowledge of administrative processes in a production environment
• You have knowledge of SAP
