Milling Machining

For our company in the area of Velsen we are looking for an experienced Miller in the turning shop. As a Milling Mill you are responsible for manufacturing complex workpieces, ranging from hand size to pieces weighing 22 tons. You will mainly work with single pieces, making your work both interesting and challenging.

Your role is crucial to the success of our production. As a Milling Engineer you ensure that the workpieces are milled accurately and meet the required specifications. Failure to fill this position could result in production delays and failure to meet our quality standards. Your tasks include:

• Manufacturing workpieces according to technical drawings and specifications;
• You will work with different machines, both conventional and CNC;
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure that the workpieces meet the required tolerances;
• Working in a 2-shift system and communicating with colleagues to ensure a smooth handover.

What we ask of you:

• You have at least a VCA basis, or are willing to obtain one;
• You have completed MBO level 3 or higher in machining or mechanical engineering;
