For an internationally oriented production company in Apeldoorn we are looking for machine operators who want to work in 5 shifts. As an operator you are responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly. All products are tailor-made according to the specific wishes of the customers. In the team you work in, you share responsibility for the entire process from start to finish and you support each other. Although you manage your own machine, you share responsibility for the entire production process.

As an operator, your job description includes challenging and clear responsibilities, including:

• Supervising the production process on your own machine and ensuring quality;
• Converting the machine when switching to another product;
• Independently solving various malfunctions;
• Carrying out preventive maintenance;
• Maintaining administration and reporting to your team leader.

This is a 5-shift job, where you work the morning shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
