Service engineer

As a service technician, you are the point of contact for our users and you help them, mainly remotely, by analyzing and solving problems. From our office in Breda you work together with your team to maintain high customer satisfaction. We have users all over the world, where it may happen that if they are unable to resolve the problem, you will be called to help on location. You will also visit customers to install our systems and provide training to new users so that they can make optimal use of our products and services. As you can hear, the work is very varied and we can guarantee that no day is the same!

What are you going to do?

• You and your colleagues handle customer complaints and problems with ease;
• You keep an overview of current cases with users and their status;
• You take care of the installation of our products and systems for new users;
• You regularly go out to carry out maintenance on our users;
• You provide training and workshops about our products and systems, both at the office and on location with our users;
• Of course, you also keep track of your work and report it to your team leader.

What we ask of you:

• You have completed a technical education and demonstrable relevant work experience;
• You have a valid driver's license. Our users are everywhere;
• You speak fluent Dutch and English. German is an advantage;
