Online assessment for the right match

When a candidate has been selected, has the option of having us carry out an online assessment. The assessment is tailor-made based on important core values of your organization and vacancy. It provides insight into the intelligence, competences and personality of the candidate. We share the results with you and the candidate, so that we can analyze the profile together. 

Difference between broadcasting and recruitment & selection

At broadcast our job does not end after recruitment and selection. The candidate then remains employed by us and we are the legal employer. You can hire our candidate for a shorter or longer period for which you pay us a hiring fee. 

This is different in recruitment and selection, where you are directly responsible for the entry into service of the candidate, the salary payments and the costs involved in the event of absenteeism or drop-out. Recruitment and selection is suitable if you are looking for a new colleague for a permanent position within your company and want to bind this colleague to your organization for a longer period of time. You pay us a one-off fee that we have agreed in advance. No cure, no pay: you only pay when your new colleague starts working.
