Online assessment for the right match

When a candidate has been selected,   the option of having us conduct an online assessment. The assessment is tailor-made based on important core values of your organization and vacancy. It provides insight into the intelligence, competencies and personality of the candidate. We share the results with you and the candidate, so that we can analyze the profile together.  


Difference between temporary employment and recruitment & selection

Our task does not end with recruitment and selection. The candidate will then remain employed by us and we are the legal employer. You can hire our candidate for a shorter or longer period of time for which you pay us a hiring fee.  

This is different with recruitment and selection, where you are directly responsible for the candidate's employment, the salary payments and the costs associated with possible absenteeism or cancellation. Recruitment and selection is suitable if you are looking for a new colleague for a permanent position within your company and if you want to bind this colleague to your organization for a longer period of time. You pay us a one-off fee that we have agreed in advance. No cure, no pay: you only pay when your new colleague starts working.
