We work closely with Actief Techniek . From their own TSH training center we offer training courses in construction, metal, installation, infrastructure and green. Ambition conversations
One of the tools we use is holding ambition talks. We take the time to sit down with our flex colleagues on a regular basis. We want to know what moves them, where their interests lie, how they see the future. To then determine together whether Actief Werkt! can have a role in the implementation. For example, offering opportunities to follow a customized training course, discussing the ambition to be part of the permanent staff or moving on to another position.
